Described as the 'world's first, earth-built' property, Dar Tantora is a distinctly different hotel, and will be operated by Kerten Hospitality. This boutique eco-community boasts 30 uniquely designed rooms, preserving the heritage of the region while offering sustainable luxury unlike any other.

Constructed using traditional techniques and materials, Dar Tantora stands as a beacon of both architectural excellence and cultural revival. Renowned Egyptian Architect Shahira Fahmy collaborated closely with a team of trained local craftsmen and artists to ensure the meticulous curation and preservation of the hotel's mud-brick structure, original murals, and authentic architectural features, dating back to the 12th century.
