Welcoming visitors from this weekend, the reefside resort features an array of accommodations, from overwater bungalows to expansive beachside villas.

The 63 villas reflect the beauty of their environment through shell-inspired architecture and interiors adorned with unique artefacts, artwork, in addition to colours, textures, and materials inspired by nature. 1 Bedroom Villas

Sunset Beach Villa, Water Villa and Sunset Water Villa each feature one bedroom with a large kingsize bed, and have a maximum occupancy of 3 people. Although the villas may vary in size, each have a private pool for guests to enjoy, and depending on the type of room chosen will have a view off either the sea or the sunset.

2 Bedroom Villas

The Reserve Beach Villas and Reserve Water Villas each have two rooms, one with a king bed and another with capacity for two queen size beds. Again the villas vary in size, and alternate between sea views and sunset views, and each have a luxurious private pool to laze in.

Royal Nujuma Villa

Starting at approximately SAR 62000 per night, and a maximum capacity for seven people, the most lavish of all the villas is the Royal Nujuma Villa. The sprawling villa expands over a 3863 square foot area, with three bedrooms; two with king size beds, and one with space for two queen size beds, a separate kitchen, a terrace, a movie room, and both a plunge pool and a private pool to luxuriate in.
